Most rentals require you to submit 3 months of paystubs showing income of at least 3X the rent. But what if you're self-employed or seasonal? We've got you fam.
We require no income verification, no credit check, and no giant deposit. You only need to pass a criminal background check and pay first and last month's rent to move-in. Simple.

Mansion Living at Studio Prices
Bedrooms at Liberace Manor start at just $1,200 per month which includes all utilities, internet, housekeeping, yard care, pool cleaning, security monitoring, and parking. Your bedroom also includes a bed with pillows and linens.

Are there available rooms for rent?
Yes. There are currently multiple bedrooms available for rent. Schedule a tour to lock in your spot.
How much does rent cost?
Rent ranges between $1,200 and $2,200 per month depending on the bedroom. This includes all utilities, internet, housekeeping, yard care, pool cleaning, security monitoring, and parking.
Can I bring my furniture?
No, Liberace Manor already has furniture, kitchenware, appliances, linens, lighting, and decor. Additionally, your bedroom includes a bed, clothing rack, dresser, desk, and office chair. You may bring a TV to mount on the existing wall mount.
Can I view the house virtually?
Yes. Schedule a showing and if you're outside of Las Vegas we can do a face time / video call.
Can my partner live with me?
Yes. You may have 1 additional adult living in your bedroom if they are approved and sign the agreement. You will be charged an additional $400 per month for their use of utilities and common areas.
No guests are allowed in the house?
That is correct. For everyone’s privacy and peace of mind no surprise guests are allowed to enter the house. However any specific guest visit can be approved with all of the roommates’ approval. A group chat will be available for requesting and scheduling visits.
Please meet with any unexpected visitors on the front porch only. A $40 fine will be charged for each unapproved guest invited inside or provided with a door lock code.
